Participation in the NEWMT2 online game is subject to your full acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Use. By registering, you automatically accept the following terms and conditions of use, which are binding on you! The previous rules are replaced in full by these terms of use.

1. Registration
Registration is a prerequisite for using the online games and other services operated by NEWMT2. Registration is only possible for natural persons by filling in the registration form on the official NEWMT2 website. Minors may use the site only with the express consent of their legal guardian. By submitting the registration, a minor provides the operator of the NEWMT2 site with the consent of his/her legal representative. When registering, the user must provide his/her player name and an e-mail address registered in his/her name. The chosen player name must not be offensive, obscene, intimidating, product-promoting, misleading, infringe the rights of third parties or be contrary to public morality. The registration of e-mail or web addresses as a player name is prohibited. The user accepts full responsibility for the authenticity and completeness of the information provided by him. The user must immediately notify the operator of the NEWMT2 site in writing of any future changes to the data provided as part of the registration, in particular to his/her e-mail address. The user is obliged to provide the operator of the NEWMT2 site with credible proof of the authenticity of his/her data upon written request. Proper registration, accepted and confirmed by NEWMT2, entitles the user to use the database management service provided by the game operator. The registration form is available here.

Only in person! Registration must be done in person. Any automated means to complete the registration form or during the game is prohibited. It is a condition of the game that all instructions (clicks, taps) must come directly from the registered user and must be of his/her own free will. Notification of data changes.

2. Download client
The game can only be played with the client downloaded from the official NEWMT2 website. The client is the property of the operator of the NEWMT2 website, which you may use free of charge by registering in accordance with the rules. The client may only be used to participate in the NEWMT2 game and may not be used for any other purpose. It is also forbidden to manipulate the client in any way, to interfere in it in any way, e.g.: to change, decrypt or reverse program code. Reproduction of the client software by the user is permitted only to the extent necessary for the use of the software. Any form of commercial use of the software is prohibited. The registered user who downloads the client software is responsible for compliance with the above rules. Any violation of the rules governing the use of the client will result in permanent exclusion from the game and the initiation of the appropriate legal proceedings. Download client here

3. Participation in the game
The operator of NEWMT2 is constantly developing the game. Accordingly, the user may only participate in the current version of the online game and other services. Registered users can use the game free of charge, however, certain services or features may be available for a fee. Information on the type of paid features, in particular the function of each feature, the duration of access to the paid feature, the amount of the fee to be paid, the payment methods available, is provided in the description of the paid service. If a minor user wishes to use a pay-per-use feature, he/she must prove that he/she has received the financial means necessary to pay the fee for the use of the pay-per-use feature from his/her legal representative for this purpose or for free use. The operator of NEWMT2 has no right and no obligation to verify the authenticity of the information provided by users. If it is subsequently proven that the information provided by the user during registration is not true and the user makes a claim for reimbursement against the operator of NEWMT2 for the use of a paid function or feature based on this or on the fact that he/she is underage or has not previously disclosed this or on the lack of consent of his/her legal representative, the operator of the game is not obliged to meet these claims and is not obliged to reimburse the services already used. NEWMT2 reserves the right to change the fees for in-game features (including virtual currencies). This includes NEWMT2's right to reduce or increase the amount of the fee for each in-game feature if in-game features are purchased in the future.

4. The user account
Upon proper registration, the user is entitled to create a user account, which is administered by the user. Any transfer or assignment of the user account is prohibited. The user account may only be controlled by the user who created it, who is fully responsible for the use of the user account. Unauthorised access to a user account is a criminal offence, which is not only contrary to the terms and conditions of use, but also to the law. All data (e.g. e-mail, account ID, password) necessary to access and perform operations on the user account are confidential. The owner of the secret is the user, who is obliged to protect this data. The user may not disclose this data to anyone (i.e. not to his/her relatives, friends, other users or the operator of NEWMT2)! Under no circumstances may anyone request this data from the user on behalf of the operator of NEWMT2. If anyone (even on behalf of NEWMT2) requests the disclosure of the data, it must be refused and the NEWMT2 operator must be informed immediately in writing. In the event that the user suspects that these data are being or may have been used by third parties without authorisation, he/she must immediately inform NEWMT2 and change his/her data. The restriction on the user's access will be lifted once the suspicion of misuse of the data has been removed.

5. Collect items in your user account
The user is entitled to place in his/her user account virtual objects (hereinafter: Objects) that he/she has acquired legally and lawfully during the participation in the game or that can be used through the official NEWMT2 website in exchange for the virtual currency Dragon Coin. The Operator is only obliged to register these Objects in the framework of its database management activities. Only the user associated with the user account is entitled to use the Objects registered in the user account. This user is responsible for the correct use of the Objects. In view of the above and the rules discussed under the sub-heading "User Account", the user may not claim that the objects have been disposed of by another person in the event of improper use or possible loss. The operator of NEWMT2 is only obliged to check the circumstances of the disappearance of objects from a user account in its records in the event of a database management error (program error). The operator of NEWMT2 shall only restore the user account (and its contents) to the state corresponding to the records prior to the program failure in the event of a database management error (program failure).

6. Trade
Registered users are entitled to trade items they have legally acquired between themselves during the game. The virtual currency used for trading between users is Yang (hereinafter referred to as "Yang"). Yang cannot be exchanged for Dragon Coins or any other legal tender, and is used only for the purpose of determining the value of the Objects in the game and for settlement between users.

7. Order a Dragon Coin
Dragon Coin orders are placed in HUF at the general and special (promotional) exchange rates available on the NEWMT2 website. The payment of the deposit is in return for the database management activities of the NEWMT2 game operator.

The ordering process:
In the case of credit card payments, the NEWMT2 website redirects the user to the online payment interface of the respective contracted financial service provider, where, upon entering the requested card details and debiting the card's bank account, the system automatically credits the user's account with the amount of Dragon Coins corresponding to the current exchange rate. You can only use the credit card payment method with your own credit card!

If you pay by SMS, the word you find in the Dragon Coin Order menu should be sent to one of the phone numbers listed there, depending on the country from which the order is being placed. After sending the Sms, if the mobile operator has been able to charge the card with the amount indicated at the time of the order, the NEWMT2 website will notify the user of the validation code via the mobile operator by sending a reply Sms. The code received must be entered in the dedicated area of the NEWMT2 website in the Dragon Coin Order menu. The order process is completed when the user correctly enters the received code and sends it to the system. If the order is successful, the Dragon Coin will be credited to the User's account.

The Dragon Coin can be ordered by anyone, for any user, as long as the person making the payment has the funds available. The operator of NEWMT2 does not take any responsibility for abuses, scams or "fake" orders related to the Dragon Coin. We recommend that everyone only orders through someone they trust! During special dragon coin events, the values shown on the website will be displayed at the increased (100% or 30%) values!

8. Taking risks
The user acknowledges that the use of the NEWMT2 game involves the same risks as online games and other applications operating on the same principle, or the use of the Internet in general. It is not the responsibility of the operator of the NEWMT2 game to inform you of these risks, as they are common knowledge. The user informs himself of the risks and assumes them. In the event of external interference with the user account or any of its hardware and software, the user cannot claim ignorance of the risks or any negligence on the part of the game operator. In the light of the above, the NEWMT2 game operator is not in a position to compensate, remedy or restore the previous content of the user account for any damage, whether actual or perceived, caused to the user account by any user inattention or by irregular or illegal means. The user is responsible for the currency and suitability of the software and hardware devices used by him/her.

9. Duty to provide information
All users are obliged to report any external or apparent irregularities to the NEWMT2 operator in writing without delay, so that the operator can take the necessary steps to protect itself and other users from any negative consequences. On the basis of the reports, the operator will take measures to the extent possible to eliminate by lawful means the intrusions that actually endanger the game or the user accounts. NEWMT2 has the right to monitor the content posted by users and to delete any illegal or suspicious content, but is not able to monitor such content on an ongoing basis. 10. Temporary limitation of user access, game availability
If the operator of NEWMT2 has any information indicating abuse of the user or of the game as a whole, it is entitled to temporarily restrict the user's access to the game, to certain functions of the game or to the official website of the game. The restriction of the user's access will be lifted once the suspicion of data misuse has been removed. In addition to the above, the operator of NEWMT2 will endeavour to operate the game non-stop, but cannot guarantee this and will not be liable for any damages resulting from this.

11. Rules of conduct when using the game
The official language of the game is English.
It is forbidden to infringe in any way the right of other players to play or enjoy the game. It is forbidden to take advantage of a possible flaw in the game or to use it against others. It is forbidden to use abusive, obscene, obscene, hateful, pornographic, harmful to minors or harmful to the development of children and minors expressions in the game. Do not "spam". This means that you should not send unsolicited messages in bulk or on a regular basis. Also, do not initiate mass war calls and thus generate mass spam messages in chat. Help your new players, do not take advantage of their ignorance. It is forbidden to "wage war" in the game with a predetermined outcome. Be friendly and fair with your fellow players! It is forbidden to make any offers or solicitations to buy or sell user accounts for any real or virtual currency. You are not allowed to send nonsensical character strings or to overload the game resources with longer text than necessary. Disclosure of any personal or user data during the game, or any solicitation of any person to disclose such data, is prohibited. NEWMT2 shall not be liable for any negative consequences or damages resulting from such situations. Retrieve published content only in a form and manner that does not interfere with other users. The sending of data or software that could interfere with the hardware or software of the recipients is also prohibited. Use of the game via services that do not make the IP address visible is prohibited.

The user is prohibited from engaging in any activity that may place an excessive load on NEWMT2 resources. The user is not allowed to block, overwrite or modify the content of the game or interfere in any way with the game. The use of scripts and fully or partially automated programs that give the user an advantage over other players is prohibited. All users of the communication facilities published on the NEWMT2 website are obliged to use appropriate language. Defamatory criticism or degrading attacks against persons must be refrained from. The online games and other services offered by NEWMT2 are for entertainment purposes only. Their use for profit or commercial purposes is prohibited! Items, currency etc. acquired in the game are for use in the NEWMT2 game. It is prohibited to exchange/sell/give them away for items in other games. Furthermore, character trading is strictly prohibited.

NEWMT2 provides the user with various communication facilities (in particular in discussion forums, chats, blogs, guest books and the like, as well as the commenting function) for its own content and articles on the NEWMT2 website, which the user can use within the framework of his or her actual access. In such cases, NEWMT2 provides the technical conditions for the exchange of information only. However, a need to provide such communication facilities cannot be established. The user assumes sole responsibility for the content and articles published by him and undertakes to indemnify NEWMT2 in full against any claims by third parties. NEWMT2 does not expressly endorse the content published by users. However, the user grants NEWMT2 a permanent, irrevocable and non-exclusive right to use the content and articles published by him/her. NEWMT2 points out that NEWMT2 does not actively monitor the content published. In addition, all users are entitled to report content suspected of being illegal to NEWMT2. NEWMT2 will then react as quickly as possible and, if necessary, edit or delete the reported content. The user is prohibited from publishing or disseminating, on the NEWMT2 website and in particular in the context of the communications published on it, any content that is contrary to the legislation in force, contrary to public order or morality, infringing the trademarks, patents, utility models or designs, copyrights, trade secrets or other rights of third parties; obscene, racist, violent, pornographic, harmful to minors or harmful to the development of children and minors; offensive, incriminating or defamatory; contain elements of a chain letter or snowball character; give the false impression that they are published by or sponsored by NEWMT2; contain data of third parties without their consent; commercial, in particular advertising. The naming of websites, companies or product names is permitted if authorised by NEWMT2. Without prejudice to the other rights described in these terms of use, NEWMT2 is entitled to modify, partially or totally delete any content or article that violates the rules described herein. In addition, NEWMT2 has the right to temporarily or permanently exclude users who violate the rules described here from using the NEWMT2 website, online games and other services.

12. Sanctions and consequences of non-compliance
The operator of NEWMT2 reserves the right, on the one hand, to judge whether the user's behaviour is in breach of the Terms of Use in a given case and, on the other hand, to select and apply sanctions proportionate to the seriousness of the breach.

NEWMT2 shall not be liable for damages resulting from a breach of duty by the user. Without prejudice to any other statutory or contractual rights, NEWMT2 may, at its sole discretion, take the following measures if a user acts in breach of the law, in breach of the rights of third parties, in breach of these Terms of Use or in breach of the Additional Terms and Conditions and the Game Rules applicable at the time: (a) alteration or deletion of content, (b) warning of the user, (c) publication of the culpable action in the online game concerned with the publication of the player's name, (d) temporary or permanent exclusion of the user from the game, (e) permanent banning of the user from traffic from the IP address or IP address range concerned, ) temporary or permanent virtual access ban.

If a user has been suspended or banned, they may not log in again without the prior consent of NEWMT2. Suspension, exclusion, virtual ban or any other measure may not be revoked.

13. Support
Any comments or complaints regarding the user account can be sent to the e-mail address provided for the user account at the time of registration or via the "support area" on the website. The operator of NEWMT2 will only respond to and provide support for comments sent in this way, and only to the e-mail address provided during registration, within 72 hours. NEWMT2 will not deal with comments sent from other addresses regarding user accounts, even if the message is sent by the same person who is authorised to have access to the user account.

The game is coordinated (by authority level, starting with the highest level coordinator) by SA (Server Admin, GA (Game Admin, SGM (Super Game Master), GM (Game Master) (collectively referred to as Team members).

The listed members of the NEWMT2 team are there to help solve problems that arise during the game. They do not have the authority or ability to give items or currency, or support characters in any way. They make their decisions based on the Terms of Use. Users must respect these decisions. If a GM, SGM or GA has made a decision that is not in line with the User Terms, it is possible to contact one of the SGM, GA or SA (i.e. a higher level coordinator). In this case, the higher level coordinator involved in coordinating the game will re-examine whether the GM, SGM or GA's decision is in fact in line with the User Terms and if so, he/she has the right to overrule the decision. If a Team member decides to ban or permanently ban a user, it will always be reviewed by a higher level coordinator. The decision of the highest level coordinator (SA) will be considered final and lawful by the respective operator of NEWMT2.

If a sanction has been applied to a user, a complaint can be made via the support interface. The coordinators have the right and the duty to monitor for any behaviour that violates the user policy on all game platforms and to take appropriate action (e.g. delete offensive comments, ask for compliance with the rules of behaviour, apply sanctions). 14. Termination of User Account
At the request of the user, the operator of NEWMT2 is obliged to terminate the user account. By deleting the user account, the user's access to the account will be permanently terminated, but the user's data will be kept in our records for quality assurance purposes or to comply with the obligation to provide data to public authorities, in accordance with the rules of the chapter on data management. The NEWMT2 operator is entitled to delete Users and User accounts that have not been accessed after 90 days. If the user wishes to maintain them beyond 90 days, this intention must be specifically indicated. The indication must be repeated every 90 days.

15. Data management, data protection
NEWMT2 protects and manages the data provided by users during registration in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act in force. The User hereby irrevocably consents to the registration and full processing of the data provided by the User during registration by the operator of NEWMT2. The User hereby irrevocably consents to Magis Time Two recording, during the visit to the Website, the User's access data, the time spent in the game and the data relating to the transactions of Objects acquired during the game, in order to monitor the functioning of the service and prevent abuse. The User hereby irrevocably consents to Magis Time Two recording messages sent by the User to other users or to the Operator and any other personal data that may be provided in such messages, for quality assurance purposes, during the visit to the Website. The data processed include: user's name, e-mail address, IP address, game, date and duration of the transaction, the subject of the user's message, the text of the message and any other data that the user may have provided in the message.

The data listed in the first paragraph of this section will be deleted by NEWMT2 if the user explicitly requests its deletion. If the User has used a paid service or has participated in a trade between users during the game, or is involved in the investigation of any other user problem, the operator of NEWMT2 will retain the data, with regard to the statute of limitations (5+years) set by the legislation on accounting and taxation. The deletion or modification of the data may be requested in writing to the operator of the NEWMT2 website, providing credible evidence that the deletion of the data is indeed requested by the user concerned.

Under no circumstances will NEWMT2 transfer the data it processes to third parties, except in cases provided for by law. NEWMT2 applies extensive technical and operational security measures to prevent unauthorised use and misuse of the data processed. NEWMT2 selects and operates the IT tools used to process personal data in the provision of the service in such a way that the data processed: a) is accessible to those authorised to access it (availability); b) is authentic (authenticity of data processing); c) is verifiable (data integrity); d) is protected against unauthorised access (data confidentiality).

NEWMT2 ensures that the security of data processing is protected by technical, organisational and organisational measures that provide a level of protection appropriate to the risks associated with the processing. NEWMT2's IT system and its network are protected against computer fraud, espionage, sabotage, vandalism, computer viruses, computer intrusions and attacks leading to denial of service. The operator ensures security through server-level and application-level protection procedures. Users are informed that electronic messages transmitted over the Internet, regardless of the protocol (e-mail, web, ftp, etc.), are vulnerable to network threats that could be used to commit fraudulent activities or to disclose or modify information. The provider shall take all reasonable precautions to protect against such threats. It monitors systems to ensure that any security discrepancies are recorded and evidence of any security incidents is available. System monitoring also allows the effectiveness of the precautions taken to be checked. Users have the remedies provided by the Data Protection Act in relation to the operator's data processing. 16. Jurisdiction
The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the court in the place where the operator of NEWMT2 is located, as agreed by the parties, for any dispute arising in connection with the NEWMT2 game.

17. Copyright
The NEWMT2 website contains content of all kinds which is protected by copyright. Except as permitted under these terms of use, the user is not authorised to edit, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, use for advertising purposes or use for purposes other than those provided for in the contract, the NEWMT2 website or parts of the content published on it. Copyright notices and trademarks may not be altered, hidden or removed.

The term "content" means all data, images, text, graphics, music, sound, audio, video, software and software code and other information published by NEWMT2 on its websites. The term "content" refers in particular to all services offered for downloading.

The user must cease any activity that may jeopardize or interfere with the operation of the NEWMT2 website or the services offered on it, and must not access data to which the user is not entitled. The retrieval of published content may only be carried out in a form and manner that does not prevent other users from using the NEWMT2 website and my content. Sending data or software that could affect the hardware or software of the recipients is not permitted.

Any commercial use of the NEWMT2 website, in particular for advertising purposes, requires the prior express written consent of NEWMT2. The user may not claim the publication of content on the NEWMT2 website. Use of the NEWMT2 website through anonymizer services, which hide the user's real IP address, is not permitted.

18. Other requirements
Any form of manipulation of the online game by the user is prohibited. In particular, the user is not allowed to take any action, use any mechanism or use any software that could interfere with the functioning of the game and the course of the game. It is prohibited for the user to engage in any activity which may lead to an unsuspected or excessive strain on the technical capacity. It is forbidden for the user to block, overwrite or modify the content generated by the game management or to interfere in any way with the game.

In addition, the user is prohibited from accessing the online game (including any website) through any program other than the web browser or client software provided. This applies in particular to so-called bots and other devices that are used to replace or supplement the web interface. Similarly, the use of scripts and fully or partially automated programs that give the user an advantage over other players is prohibited. This also includes automatic update functions and other built-in mechanisms of the browser, if they are automatic procedures.

Under no circumstances may the user a) create or use cheat, mod and/or hack programs or any other software created by third parties that alter the online gaming experience, b) use software that allows data-mining or otherwise collects information about the online game, c) use virtual items used in online games outside of the online game, or buy, sell or exchange them for "real" money. This also applies to any procedure, similar action or activity that is equivalent to the prohibitions mentioned above.

The use of procedures to conceal advertising is prohibited. It is irrelevant whether the advertising is deliberately hidden or whether it is hidden in general by the use of pop-up blockers, text-based browsers or similar.

All rights to virtual objects used in online games and licensed for payment are exclusively owned by NEWMT2 or the contractual partner authorised by NEWMT2. The same applies to virtual objects created by the user himself. The user grants NEWMT2 the exclusive right to use such virtual objects created by him or her, without any limitation as to location, time or content. This right includes in particular the rights of reproduction, distribution and processing. The user is granted only one non-exclusive, limited right of use for the virtual object.

19. Limitation of liability
The user shall be directly and individually liable for any infringement of the rights of third parties through his/her own fault. The user undertakes to indemnify NEWMT2 for any damage resulting from failure to comply with the obligations arising from these terms of use. The user shall indemnify the operator of NEWMT2 against any claims brought against NEWMT2 by other users or third parties arising from the infringement of their rights by the content published by the user or from the infringement of other obligations. The user shall also assume the costs of any necessary legal defence on the part of NEWMT2, including all court and lawyer's fees. This shall not apply if the infringement is due to a cause beyond the control of the user. NEWMT2 shall not be liable for any disruption to the performance network caused by parties other than the operator of NEWMT2. If and to the extent that the game is terminated or temporarily suspended, the user shall have no recourse against NEWMT2.

20. Amendment of the GTC
The Operator reserves the right to modify these GTC. Users will be notified of the modified terms and conditions via the Website interface at least 30 days before they enter into force. Should any provision of these GTC cease to be in force and/or conflict with the law, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of the GTC. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the contracting parties by mutual agreement by a provision which is the most similar in economic meaning and purpose to the invalid provision in law. The above provision shall apply mutatis mutandis in the event of any omission.
